TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pharris AutoSpa, LLC 

By scheduling an appointment with Pharris AutoSpa, LLC (“The Company,” “We,” “Us”), you (“The Client,” “Customer”) voluntarily agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 

1. BOOKING, DEPOSITS, AND CANCELLATIONS 

 *Deposit: A non-refundable 15% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your time slot. This deposit is credited toward your final total. 

 * Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  

 * Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may transfer their deposit to a new date (one time only).  

 * Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the 15% deposit.  

 * No-Shows will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the estimated service value or forfeit their deposit, whichever is greater. 

 * Weather Policy: As a mobile service, we are subject to weather conditions. In the event of heavy rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to the next available slot. No penalty will be applied to the Client in these instances. 

2. PAYMENT TERMS 

 * Due Date: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service. 

 * Accepted Methods: We accept Cash, Checks, Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), and NFC payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). 

 * Credit Card Surcharge: Please be advised that a 3% processing fee applies to all transactions made via Credit Card or NFC payment. 

 * Non-Payment: Failure to pay upon completion may result in a mechanic’s lien being placed on the vehicle or legal action to recover costs, including all legal fees incurred by Pharris AutoSpa, LLC. 

3. PRICING AND SURCHARGES 

* Estimates: All listed prices are estimates based on a vehicle in "average" condition. 

* Surcharges: Pharris AutoSpa, LLC reserves the right to charge an additional fee for conditions that require extra time, chemicals, or equipment. This includes, but is not limited to:  

* Excessive pet hair.  

* Heavy mud, sand, or dirt accumulation.  

* Mold or mildew.  

* Biohazards (vomit, blood, feces, urine).  

* Road tar, tree sap, or heavy bug splatter. 

* We will attempt to notify you of these charges prior to beginning work, but completion of the booking constitutes acceptance of necessary surcharges. 

4. VEHICLE CONDITION AND LIABILITY 

* Pre-Existing Damage: Pharris AutoSpa, LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage. This includes, but is not limited to:  

  * Oxidized or peeling clear coat (which may flake off during washing).  

  * Loose trim, moldings, mirrors, or emblems.  

  * Cracked or chipped windshields.  

  * Interior buttons or vents that are already loose or broken.  

  * Previous repair work that was done improperly. 

* Engine Bays: Cleaning engine bays carries inherent risk. We are not liable for damage to sensors,     wiring, or engine components that are not water-sealed by the manufacturer or have exposed wiring due to age/wear. 

* Battery: We may need to have doors open for extended periods. We are not responsible for drained batteries on older or weak systems. 

5. PERSONAL BELONGINGS 

 * Please remove all personal items, valuables, money, firearms, and trash from the vehicle before our arrival. 

 * Pharris AutoSpa, LLC is not responsible for any item left in the vehicle that is lost, damaged, or discarded as trash during the detailing process. 

 * We will not clean the inside of the center console or glove box unless they are completely emptied by the owner 

6. CHILD SAFETY SEATS 

 * Strict Policy: For insurance and liability reasons, Pharris AutoSpa, LLC personnel will NOT remove, disconnect, or reinstall child safety seats. 

 * We ask that you remove these seats prior to our arrival if you wish for the upholstery underneath to be cleaned. If the seats remain in the car, we will clean around them to the best of our ability. 

7. BIOHAZARDS AND RIGHT TO REFUSE 

 * Disclosure: Clients must disclose the presence of any biohazards (bodily fluids, mold, animal waste, etc.) prior to our arrival. 

 * Right to Refuse: Pharris AutoSpa, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle that poses a health or safety risk to our staff. 

 * Refusal Fee: If we arrive and determine the vehicle cannot be safely serviced due to undisclosed hazards, a trip charge may be assessed. 

8. SERVICE GUARANTEE AND INSPECTION 

 * Final Walkthrough: We request that the client inspect the vehicle immediately upon completion of the service. 

 * Corrections: If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us immediately and we will correct the specific issue at no extra charge. 

 * Refunds: Because detailing is a labor-based service, we do not offer monetary refunds once the service has been completed and payment rendered. 

9. MEDIA RELEASE 

 * You agree that Pharris AutoSpa, LLC may take photographs or video of your vehicle for documentation and marketing purposes (social media, website portfolio). We will make every effort to obscure license plates and specific location markers to protect your privacy. 

10. PERMISSION TO WORK 

 * By booking, you grant Pharris AutoSpa, LLC permission to access the property where the vehicle is located and permission to operate the vehicle for the purposes of positioning it for cleaning (e.g., moving it into a driveway or turning it around).

 * If the service location is a third-party area (office park, apartment complex), it is the Client's responsibility to ensure that detailing services are permitted on the premises. By authorizing work on your vehicle, you hereby agree to the above Terms and Conditions.
