These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.pharrisautospa.com and the mobile detailing services provided by Pharris AutoSpa, LLC. By booking a service or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms.

Pharris AutoSpa, LLC is a mobile-only service provider. We do not maintain a physical studio. By booking, you agree to:

• Provide a safe and legal workspace for our technicians at your designated location.
• Ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time.
• Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.

To comply with carrier requirements for campaign CN3A39T, the following terms apply to our SMS program:

• User Opt-In: You provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages by checking the opt-in box on our booking form, verbally giving permission to our representatives or via subscription on www.pharrisautospa.com
• Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase for any goods or services.
• Message Frequency: You can expect to receive approximately 5 messages per month, though frequency may vary based on your service appointments.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Pharris AutoSpa, LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider.
• Support (HELP): For assistance, reply HELP to any message, call (865) 238-4417 or email sales@pharrisautospa.com.
• Opt-Out (STOP): You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one final confirmation text.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Payment: Due upon completion of the detailing service unless otherwise arranged.
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Pharris AutoSpa, LLC is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, engine bay issues resulting from standard cleaning, or damage to aftermarket equipment not disclosed prior to service.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which states that mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
